  • Promote respectful, neutral, and non-discriminatory language in every form of communication, internal and external to the company, as care in the language used and attention to the prevention of harassing behaviors represent fundamental elements in the path towards gender equality.
  • Report, through an at least annual Review, on the state of compliance, improvement, and consistency of the system with the established objectives and with all KPIs provided by UNI/PdR 125.
