Who is JSB? JSB is Benedetta Barro, Compliance Project Manager, that tells us more about her and her role in JSB. The second of a series of interviews that will show you the faces of our company to know our team even deeper.
Describe yourself with a personal and/or professional experience that you consider representative of your personality.
Talking about yourself avoiding self-celebration needs to apply a bit of balance: this becomes more difficult with the enlargement of experience and confidence in your personal skills. Comparing yourself with the others has fundamental importance. I don’t believe in the attitude of “one man show”, both professional and personal growth go through an active comparison with the others, asking questions, discussing, developing critical thinking and finally making a decision. Verbal and non-verbal communication has the same importance: have you ever wondered why we have two ears and only one mouth? An article that I have recently read describes the listening as a moment to understand and not as a wait to reply. My professional mantra can be summarized with the following formula: attention to details, preparation, bringing quality to result, with passion for risk analysis development.
Which is your role in JSB and why are you proud to be part of the JSB Solutions Team?
In JSB Solutions I play the role of Compliance Project Manager. I am proud to be part of this team because JSB Solutions represents an environment where you can learn in a mutual interchange and where the possibility of being wrong is accepted, with the activation of a process to understand the error and prevent its recurrence through a remediation plan and not in order to find a guilt.
Suggest a book to read and justify the choice with a representative adjective.
Personally, answer to this question is very hard. The interpretation of a book depends on the person and can even change according to age, mood or stage of life, anyway I choose “Senz’olio contro vento” by R. L. Montalcini. This book is about life stories all linked by the following common thread: face the sea of existence with resolution and courage. I think this reading can offer some food for thought, at least it was for me. This is all, enjoy the reading, if you like.
