Describe yourself with a personal and/or professional experience that you consider representative of your personality.
Due to my experience as an economist, I often induce myself to portray reality with the less expensive method related to my cognitive availability. Furthermore, medieval philosophy allows me to design and build with my hands a whole planet that is suited to deploy my dreams and my ambitions. Indeed, I’m not willing to resign that the one I live in is the best and the only possible world.
All that leads me as part of my work to make quality projects based on the information using logic and analytical skills. I use to break complex issues into component parts and can consider the outcomes of varying courses of action. I draw reliable conclusions from disparate and often conflicting sources of data; this helps me also to make sound decisions in a timely manner.

Which is your role in JSB and why are you proud to be part of the JSB Solutions Team?
In JSB I work as an eLearning Content and Instructional Designer.
It is a field where I am constantly learning and I have a great variety in things I do. I use so many different skills (writing, web design, graphics, collaboration, planning), plus of course what people learn.
I’m proud to belong to JSB environment work because I can connect with others who in many cases do not think like me. Even if I can not get along with them, fighting with their ideas and debate about various concepts helps me to consolidate what I know and give me a broader perspective on things. Or, I can meet some friends who follow me through a project. In both cases, working in JSB allows me the opportunity to verify at any moment what I think I know.

Suggest a book to read and justify the choice with a representative adjective.
There are many books to read that intrigue, involve us, in which we are interested from the first pages, the ones that we would like to share with people like us; I suggest the Peloponnesian War by Thucydides. Because Thucydides is not so far away from us.
This book can be a training, it gives shape to future experiences, providing models, containers, terms of comparison, classification schemes, scales of values, beauty paradigms: all that continue to operate even if the book was written a long time ago. In a word: alive.
