Our multisensory journey into beauty
Sabati della Bellezza is an ambitious project born on March 2016 to promote beauty and culture inside and outside our company. We organize events for our team, clients and partners to discover together museums, monuments and unusual places of our territory. As we believe that beauty counts and it is an important value for a professional and personal growth we invest, since five years, time and energy in this project. The events we realised includes: Reggia di Colorno and Complesso della Pilotta, Galleria degli Uffizi, Pinacoteca Ambrosiana and Palazzo Vecchio. With the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, our events have come to life online through virtual visits and talks. We inaugurated the new mode of the “I Sabati della Bellezza” retracing the steps of Raphael and 700 years after his death, those of Dante. Check out our new events on our dedicated website.
Maximize customer value, minimize waste
Our Company has started a process to apply Lean Principles in the administrative and recruitment procedures and processes. This approach is a way of thinking that change the work organization and create value reducing waste through activities standardization and staff training. Customer is central and we always try to develop and implement our Company lean plan to achieve this goal.
Culture is our heritage
We firmly believe that culture and beauty are important values for a personal and professional growth. That’s why we have decided to donate the “Quality time” to each staff member: 20 hours of working time to be invested, during the year, in cultural activities. Visiting a museum, going to a concert, seeing an exhibition or doing voluntary activities are considered an essential part of the job in JSB to create well-being and bring excellent results.

Meet the customer needs is one of the purpose of User Experience and one of the purpose of our Company. We start approaching UX for this reason sure that it is a necessary investment for a software provider that wants to look forward and be always updated. In collaboration with UX Boutique, an agency specialized in this field, we have already realized a new eCRF software following the UX standards.
